Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Booking Policy

All sessions at The Garage — court rentals, group training, 1-on-1 training, and Creator Space bookings — are reserved for you and held exclusively during your scheduled time. Please review our cancellation terms below before booking.

Cancellations

• Cancel or reschedule at least [24 hours] before your scheduled session for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within [24 hours] of your session are subject to a [50%] cancellation fee.
• No-shows (not canceled, not attended) will be charged the full session price.

Rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled once, free of charge, if requested at least [24 hours] in advance.
• Rescheduling within the cancellation window above is treated as a cancellation and subject to the fee.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time regardless of arrival time — late arrivals will not be extended past the original end time.

Weather / Facility Closures

• If The Garage must cancel a session (equipment issue, facility closure, etc.), you'll be offered a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.
