The Garage is a private basketball training facility in Capitol Heights built for players who want focused reps, real coaching, and room to work.

Led by owner and head trainer Bray Freeman, The Garage brings high-level playing experience into a training environment designed for young athletes chasing the next level. Bray’s path from the DMV to Division I basketball shaped the mission: give serious players a place to train with purpose, build confidence, and sharpen the habits that travel beyond the court.
